A Cremino chocolate, plural cremini, is a very smooth chocolate poured in layers, two to five, to give you a combined balanced flavor of so many Italian delicacies, like hazelnuts, lemon, almonds, coffee and pistachios.
This specific Cremino has two dark layers of Gianduja chocolate, a chocolate with emulsified hazelnut smoothly folded into it, and a center layer of butter, almonds and hazelnuts.
