Baratti e Milano Cremino Noir
The classic Cremino praline with creamy dark chocolate blended with hazelnut. The chocolate used for the Cremino contains exclusively cacao and cacao butter as in the original recipe. The layers are extra subtle and you can taste the darkness of the chocolate without the extra bitter flavor found in other dark chocolates. This particular chocolate will have your taste buds playing a ping pong game of sorts… Dark? Hmmm sweet? No, nutty? Than by the time you think you have this complex chocolate figured out it will be gone and you will have to unwrap a new one just to start the game all over again!

Learning more about Baratti & Milano:
Baratti & Milano is a renowned confectionary company in Turin, Italy founded in 1858 by Ferdinando Baratti and Eduardo Milano. 160 years later you can still taste the obsession with using high quality ingredients. Because of the persistent quest for the finest of cocoas and the best hazelnuts in all of Italy the chocolatiers made a stamp for themselves as the official confectioners of the Royal House of Savoy. Once you receive or gift Baratti & Milano chocolates, which are all elegantly wrapped in Royal colors and stylish packaging, it will be hard not to feel like royalty!
To be enjoyed:
Here the dark chocolate characteristics pair well with a medium bodied red wine, a Sauterne or currently we are enjoying this Cremino with an Elysium dessert wine. The cremini's creamy hazelnut blend mixes wonderfully with the Elysium's burst of cherry and strawberry savor!
