Baratti & Milano chocolatiers use a blend of cocoa beans from Ghana and Ecuador to create a perfectly balanced 70% dark chocolate paired with real almonds and oranges naturally grown in southern Italy. As in all Baratti & Milano products, there are only natural ingredients used to produce this amazing chocolate. Our chocolate master's objective is to create a bar with balanced flavors of tannin from the 70% chocolate, acidity from the oranges and roundness of the almonds. Total delizioso. Buon Appetito!

Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, dextrose, concentrated lemon juice, essential orange oil) (10%), low-fat cocoa, almonds (6%) natural flavors. (Cocoa: 70% minimum in extra dark chocolate). It may contain traces of milk, hazelnuts and soy.

We are loving this complex and phenomenal chocolate with an orange liquor such as the French Bouchant or a Grand Marnier. To intensify the flavor of the orange warm the liquor slightly by pouring into a snifter glass and than putting that snifter glass over another snifter glass filled with warm water.
