Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, freeze-dried blackcurrant (1.5%), soy lecithin emulsifier, flavors, Champagne wine (0.2%), concentrated blueberry and blackcurrant juice. It may contain traces of hazelnuts and almonds.

The champagne contained in this chocolate delight is a MUMM champagne. Because of the complexity of the flavors of champagne and black currants you can pair this particular chocolate bar with an array of options. Most wine experts would pair a white chocolate with a sweet Riesling or an ice-style wine. We are currently enjoying the chocolate with a Primitivo to off set the currants in the bar or if you tend to go for a more fruit forward jammy flavor pair alongside an Elysium dessert wine!
