Italy's play on a Penguin, a dark chocolate and hazelnut shell filled with a creme filling made from the best milk from Normandy and the worlds finest cacao butter; milk and dark chocolate solid chocolates, simple yet divine.
Extra bitter chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, fat-reduced cocoa, anhydrous butter, natural flavor. Cocoa: 70% minimum).
Vegetable fat (coconut, cocoa butter, sunflower, olive), sugar, whole milk powder, cream powder (11%) anhydrous butter, hazelnuts, cocoa butter, flavours, emulsifier soya lecithin.
Store in a cool dry place, without sun and odor. 60 to 78 degrees F.

So many flavors pop when you enjoy this fun Baratti & Milano penguin chocolate! Because of the dark chocolate you can pair this alongside a low tannin red wine such as a Montepulciano type wine. To accentuate the hazelnut try with a Zinfandel or Syrah. To be playful with it and pull more of the creamy filling try pairing a Port wine, Madeira or creamy Sherry. Preference is to always slightly chill a dessert wine for maximum flavor!
