The true translation of Dark in Italian is Scuro but when describing a dark chocolate many will use the word Fondente which also translates to concentrated or more pure.

Traditionally the 70% blend pairs nicely with a bold cabernet for a true red wine and chocolate experience. A little more non- traditional pairing would pair it alongside an orange liquor such as a Bauchant Liquor. With the blend of orange extracts and mixture of cognacs the liquor softens the tannins in the chocolate and smoothens out the flavor for a fun experience! Serve the liquor slightly chilled.
