Cremino Classico
A perfectly balanced bite of chocolate and hazelnut, the ingredients for this delightful treat are the best available in the world in the quantity needed. The Chocolate is a blend of chocolate chonched in house from Ecuador and Ghana, slowly roasted to achieve a balanced cacao, milk from Normandy France, prized for its high protein content, world famous tondo gentile hazelnuts from the Piedmont Region of Italy and vanilla from Madagascar. 

Milk chocolate and gianduja hazelnuts (sugar, hazelnuts (26%), cocoa mass, cocoa butter, internal milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin. Cocoa 24% minimum), sugar, hazelnuts (10%), cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin. It may contain traces of other nuts.

Cremino Noir
The classic Baratti & Milano Cremino praline you love with a creamy dark chocolate blended with hazelnut. The chocolate used for the Cremino contains exclusively cacao and cacao butter as in the original recipe. The layers are extra subtle and you can taste the darkness of the chocolate without the extra bitter flavor found in other dark chocolates. 

Gianduja hazelnut milk chocolate (sugar, hazelnuts (24%), cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, fat-reduced cocoa, emulsifier:  soya lecithin. Cocoa 30% minimum), hazelnuts (9%), sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, fat-reduced cocoa (2%), cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavors. May contain traces of other nuts.

The Gianduiotto
Creamy and smooth, a perfect balance between milk chocolate and hazelnut.  This perfect gianduiotto melts in your mouth and leaves a clean finish because of the high quality of the ingredients.  Pure happiness in chocolate form. Famous wine writer Ian D'Agata has said, "Baratti e Milano gianduiotti is the 'Grand Cru' of gianduiotti"

Same classic and creamy flavor as the milk chocolate Gianduiotto but created with Baratti & Milano's flawless dark chocolate blend of cacaos for a smooth and perfect dark chocolate and hazelnut treat. This Gianduiotto melts in your mouth and has an incredible finish. 

Sugar, hazelnuts (31%), cocoa mass, low fat cocoa, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin.

Dark Chocolate Napolitain
Elegantly slender in appearance, this chocolate is 70% Dark Chocolate and promises to please the palate with its very first taste!

Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, natural flavor. 70% cocoa minimum.
It may contain traces of milk, hazelnuts and soy.

Milk Chocolate Napolitain
Our milk chocolate is blended with the best sugar available, the finest Madagascar vanilla, and the best European milk from happy cows eating the very green grass in Normandy France. This milk is highly valued due to its high protein and low fat structure. 

Sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, soy lecithin emulsifier. It may contain traces of hazelnuts.

Coffee Napolitain
70% Dark Baratti & Milano chocolate Napolitains are sleek in style and thin in size but mighty in flavor with just the right balance of coffee grains added in. Perfect for mid afternoon slumps or as an accompaniment to a charcuterie platter at your next event! 

Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, low fat cocoa, coffee grains (2.5%), natural flavors. Cocoa: 70% minimum in extra dark chocolate. It may contain traces of milk, hazelnuts, and soy.

Dark Chocolate Napolitains with Cocoa Nibs
Sleek and straight to the point, the Baratti & Milano Napolitains with cocoa nibs are made with the finest chocolate you expect from Baratti & Milano with the crunchy taste of added cocoa nibs for an elegant mouth feel. 

Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, low fat cocoa, cocoa nibs (6%), natural flavoring. Minimum 70% cocoa in bitter extra dark chocolate. It may contain traces of milkhazelnutsalmonds and soy.

Store in a cool dry place, without sun and odor. 60 to 78 degrees F.
