Learning more about Baratti & Milano: Baratti & Milano is a renowned confectionary company in Turin, Italy founded in 1858 by Ferdinando Baratti and Eduardo Milano. 160 years later you can still taste the obsession with using high quality ingredients. Because of the persistent quest for the finest of cocoas and the best hazelnuts in all of Italy the chocolatiers made a stamp for themselves as the official confectioners of the Royal House of Savoy. Once you receive or gift any of the Baratti & Milano chocolate collections, which are all elegantly wrapped in Royal colors and sophisticated packaging, it will be hard not to feel like royalty!
To be enjoyed: Here the dark chocolate characteristics pair well with a medium bodied red wine, a Sauterne or currently we are enjoing this cremino with an Elysium dessert wine. The Creminos creamy hazelnut blend mixes wonderfully with the Elysium's burst of cherry and strawberry flavor!
