Italy's traditional hard hazelnut nougat of the crunchy variety, Baratti & Milano's Torrone Friabile is a 50%/50% mix of nougat and Piedmontese "Tonde e Gentile" hazelnuts. There are two types of Torrone in the Piedmonte area of Italy, a crunchy hard version and a soft version. This product is the yummy crunchy hard version.

Hazelnuts (50%), honey, sugar, glucose syrup, wafer (potato starch, water, olive oil) edible gelatine, natural flavour. May contain traces of nuts.
