To be enjoyed:
This mousse would fair well just on its own as a dessert however if you want to impress your guests serve with a fruit forward champagne style dessert wine such as a Rosa Regale or try adding a hint of Chambord and some dark chocolate shavings to the mousse which will give the mousse a hint of raspberry and accentuate the chocolatey flavor.
